We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 12Noon. 

New Evening Hours –

Thursday from 6-8pm

NOTE:  THE FOOD PANTRY WILL BE CLOSED ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS DECEMBER 24 DECEMBER 25, DECEMBER 31 AND JANUARY 1 – AND MEMORIAL AND LABOR DAY MONDAYS.

FOOD PANTRY SUMMER COLLECTION OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Throughout the months of July and August we will be collecting school supplies through our food pantry.  Here is a list of what is needed:

pencils, crayons, colored pencils, notebooks, notebook paper, backpacks, erasers, plastic pencil boxes, loose leaf notebooks, glue sticks, pens, folders and rulers.  Thank you in advance for your support!

Our food pantry is open to all residents of Sussex County who find themselves in need. It is supplied by the generous donations from our congregation and the community.  We also give thanks for the love and commitment of the members of the congregation and also the community who keep it up and running.  They are truly doing the work of Jesus Christ as they help feed the hungry.

Here is just a partial list of staples needed to help keep our pantry well stocked. Even a little helps a lot. Why not print out this page and bring it with you next time you go food shopping:

Coffee & Tea, Potatoes, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Beans, Canned Meat (Ham, tuna, chicken Pudding/Jello Stew, chili) Hot Chocolate, Canned Fruits & Vegetables, Sugar Free and gluten free items, Tooth Paste, Spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, Toilet Paper, Pasta (some whole grain), Soap, Rice brown or white, Shampoo, Cereal, any kind Dish Detergent Juice bottles and boxes, Laundry Detergent, Mixes (cake, brownie, muffin, cookie), Pancake Mix and Pancake Syrup -Pet food is always appreciated and Soups (low sodium) goes quickly,  Crackers and boxed cookies, School Snacks, Fruit cups & apple sauce.
